Starting in Noordwijkerhout where the magnificent floats of the annual Flower parade are constructed, a visit is planned to see these being made. Most of the tulips are grown in North Holland, the area is much quieter and more relaxed than the South and is dotted with pretty villages and windmills.

We will cycle through the tulip fields, visiting Haarlem, Zaandam, Texel Island and the old harbour towns of Medembljk & Enkhuizen with its open-air museum depicting life in the old days and Hoorn before returning to Amsterdam.

Tandems and Electric Bikes (must have removable battery) are welcome.
