Fecamp situated on the Alabaster Coast, this historic seaside town was home to the Dukes of Normandy until 1204. It is a fishing port, seaside resort, artistic and religious pilgrimage site, and home to the famous Benedictine liqueur. We will be using the many cycle paths in the area, visiting Etretat an ancient Port with half-timbered houses in the town, on the shore you can see the dramatic cliffs, cycling inland we go to Bolbec in the past a flourishing textile industry was here, a textile museum and chapel built by the mill owner for the workers are some of the interesting sites here, another coastal town we visit is Vuelettes sur Mer.

The annual Maritime Festival comes to Fecamp in 2024 and will be on during our visit, hundreds of vessels will be moored in the harbour, traditional tall sailing ships and classic boats, big and small, from Normandy, Brittany, and Northern Europe, there will be time in the evening to visit the various activities going on.

Electric bikes with removable batteries and tandems welcome.
