Holiday overview

A fixed-centre tour based in the beautiful old town of Colmar, close to the Little Venice district. Alsace is divided into two – the Bas Rhin and the Haut Rhin. This tour will explore the Haut Rhin, famous for the Alsace Wine Route and its delightful villages with timber-framed houses and flower bedecked balconies.

Alsace is close to the German border, and a ride into Germany is planned, cycling along the banks of the Rhine to Breisach.

The foothills of the Vosges Mountains offer good views of the countryside. There are plenty of photo opportunities and a lot to see in this unique area of France where the culture is a mixture of French and German.

Tandems and Electric Bikes welcome.
